Jen Brown is excited to be working with Ovation Theatre Company. The arts have been an integral part of her life for as long as she can remember. She has studied music and dance in Albany, NY and at Brigham Young University. She has also sung with choral groups in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Most recently, she was the Music Director for the Matthew Thornton Drama Club for seven years where she helped to produce musicals including Disney’s The Lion King Jr., Annie Jr. and G2K The Sound of Music. Music and the arts have the power to teach people so much about themselves. Jen is thrilled to share her love of music with the Ovation family.

Chloe Castellano is a rising musical theatre artist. She has been performing throughout high school and college, and has most recently been seen on the Ovation stage in Mamma Mia! She is currently a junior Performing Arts major at Endicott College. Chloe is also a member of the Refine Dance Company in Danvers, MA, where she attends dance class. Her passion for life and her craft are authentic and bright, and she cannot wait to share it with you. Chloe is thrilled to be joining the Ovation team!

Christie is excited to be joining the Ovation team! Christie has been a piano teacher at North Main Music for nearly 15 years and has music directed at various companies in southern NH. She has an elementary education and special education degree from Rivier University and has taught grade levels from kindergarten to sixth grade. Christie is now an Accounting Analyst, a career change she made at 27. Christie has also performed across southern NH in various theatre companies. Christie loves spending time with her loving husband Peter, her family, and her friends. She also enjoys cuddling with her bunny.

Glynn is thrilled to be working with Ovation Theatre Company! In a theatre career spanning more than 25 years, he has appeared in dozens of plays and musicals including Deathtrap, Proof, Shrek the Musical, and The Shadow Box for which he won an NHTA Best Actor Award in 2019. Glynn has directed numerous plays including Barefoot in the Park, Dial M for Murder, Private Lives, and Becky’s New Car. Additionally, he has provided special effects for various productions including Sleuth and Damn Yankees. When he’s not acting or directing, Glynn is a professional writer, and he recently wrote his first full-length play, Masked, which is set to make its premiere at OTC in 2022.

Mari is very excited to be working with Ovation Theatre. To be working with Meg and Kevin as directing team again is always a pleasure. They are definitely a Tiger Team. She appreciates and loves them both. When Mari is not doing choreography she is a special educator at Jewett Street School, and she teaches various styles of dance at Dimensions in Dance in Manchester NH. She is also the resident choreographer for the musicals at the Derryfield School. She is thankful for her husband Ross who is always a great support to all her endeavors, and her daughter Chlöe who helps whenever she can. Much much ❤️!

Dan serves as Business Manager for Ovation – along with anything else that needs to be done, including dramaturgy, prop design and technical support. With a degree in Theatre from the University of Notre Dame and several years spent traveling the globe with Up with People, Dan is excited to be involved with shows again. In 2022, he workshopped and directed the World Premiere of Masked, both for Ovation and off-Broadway at the Chain Theatre Play Festival. Dan’s day job is in pharmaceutical sales management, where his theatrical background is always useful.

Meg King has been dancing since age 3 and has studied tap, jazz, ballet, modern, contemporary, lyrical, theatre dance, and hip hop. A fan of numbers, math, and science, she got her degrees in environmental engineering from the University of New Hampshire, but has always found her passion lies in dance. She has worked with youth and community theatre groups throughout southern New Hampshire as director, choreographer, and dance captain for various musicals and dance productions. She has participated in the international dance festival Dance Excellence, as well as taken classes through Chicago Human Rhythm Project and #TapLifeToo guest teacher series. She also teaches dance classes at The Dance Company in Amherst, NH. Meg is so excited to be working with Ovation Theatre Company!

Annika is a 7th grader with a passion for everything theatre, starting from when she was just a little kid. This is her first time working behind the scenes but hopefully not her last. She's so excited to help make this show come to life!

Garrett Olsen is so happy to be doing theatre again with Ovation! Past credits include author, set design, and Puck in Painted Blind, (a show which was shut down by the pandemic) Blore in And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie, and assistant director and head stage manager of Silent Sky by Lauren Gunderson. In his free time he enjoys hugging his cat to the point where she’ll begin to hate him, going really overboard with his love of post it notes and page flags, and criticizing Shakespeare, with whom he has a love-hate relationship because some of his plays are really good but there are a lot of objectively bad ones and people don’t understand why he cares about it so much to which he responds “I don’t know, MOM, why don’t YOU write a thesis about the inherent classism of the authorship debate,” to which there will be an additional rebuttal along the lines of “Garrett stop crying over a 400 year old dead man and drink some water or something!!!!” He is a freshman at UMass Amherst.
