February Vacation Camp: Acting Through Brain, Body, and Bond
Lead Teacher: Ryan Kaplan
In this exploratory workshop series, students will learn the fundamentals of acting through physical expression, emotional engagement, and interpersonal connection. Through a series of games and exercises appropriate for the actors’ age and experience, students will learn to use their Brain, their Body, and their Bond with others to create characters that are distinct and memorable. This interactive experience will not only enhance students’ acting skills, but will provide a safe environment to help boost their confidence and expand their creativity.
Our vacation camps are designed so that campers can choose the days they’d like to attend. Each day will provide lessons, activities, and games that will teach campers about all aspects of theatre.
